Okha Soyan is a character from Tamora Pierce's book Bloodhound.

Okha is a performer who goes by the name the Amber Orchid; born male, she identifies as being a woman, but lives as a man. Her partner is Beka's foster-uncle Nestor Haryse.

Okha sings regularly for the Rogue of Port Caynn, Pearl Skinner. She provides Beka with maps of the Rogue's court, and hides Beka when she is on the run.
